Kara Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
Onions - 2 large peeled and chopped
Urad Dal / Ulundu paruppu - 1 tblspn
Kadala Paruppu / Channa Dal - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 10 cloves
Dry Red Chilli - 3 to 4
Tamarind Pulp - 1 tblspn or to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
